Refund policy

BaleyCo specializes in pre-loved and vintage jewelry. As such, my pieces may show signs of normal age and wear. I take great pride in my products and am dedicated to thoroughly and accurately describing and photographing each piece, including any significant blemishes.

I want you to love your purchase, so please read each listing carefully and reach out to me in advance if you have any questions, need more information, or want to see additional photos or videos. I’m always more than happy to share them!

I accept returns only if the item has been grossly misrepresented. To initiate a return, please contact hello.baley.co@gmail.com immediately (no more than 7 days after delivery). All returns carry a 20% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for shipping. The item must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition it was when purchased. You will be refunded (less the 20% fee) as soon as I have received and inspected the piece.

If you upgraded to insured shipping, and an item arrives damaged due to the shipping carrier, please take several photos and contact me immediately so I can file an insurance claim.
