Shipping policy
I am an American expat - my family is currently stationed in Seoul - and I split my time between South Korea and the United States. All orders ship from either Seoul or Oregon, just depending on my current location when you place your order.
Regardless of where I am shipping from, all items carry a flat shipping fee (see below), and all import duties and fees are covered by me (so there will be no surprise costs to you). If you have any questions about shipping, please don't hesitate to reach out to me at hello.baley.co@gmail.com.
Shipping to the USA:
All items shipped to the USA carry a flat shipping fee, based on the price of the item (see below). I typically ship via USPS or UPS. Insurance or signature required can be added for an extra fee. If you would like to add insurance or switch to a different carrier such as FedEx or DHL, please contact me (hello.baley.co@gmail.com) before placing your order so I can provide a quote.
- Below $1000: $20
- $1,000-2,000: $25
- Above $2,000: $30

*If you upgraded to insured shipping, and an item arrives damaged due to the shipping carrier, please take several photos and contact me immediately so I can file an insurance claim.
